Job Summary:
This role involves meeting targets, presenting offers, and managing client relationships in the field. Key tasks include handling inquiries, ensuring product displays, and providing market updates. Strong market insights, and professionalism are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieves personal production targets while maintaining the required repair quality standards.
- Performs all repairs, rework, test, and documentation steps necessary to proceed.
- Troubleshoots down to the component level, repairs, and document all failures.
- Responsible for fault finding, repair, service, and installation of mechanical equipment.
- Refurbishes mobile phones as needed.
- Repairs to include: Hardware level 1, 2, & 3 including Software Applications where necessary.
- Implements locking/unlocking, language change, and profiling of mobiles.
- Disassemble/reassemble down to board and component levels.
- Repairs are to be performed in an accurate approach and per system standards.
- Handles customer requests for technical assistance.
- Operates to required Company standards.
- Completes repairs to the required standard and returns them within the designated period.
- Assists in workshop maintenance to ensure a clean and healthy CSP environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent in experience.
- Two to three years of experience within the repair environment.
- Proficient in E-mails, and MS Office.
- English is preferable.
