Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated After-Sales Supervisor to oversee our after-sales services for mobile phones and smart accessories. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in both mobile hardware and software, along with the ability to manage and utilize the manufacturer's CRM system effectively. This role requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- After-Sales Management:
- Supervise the after-sales team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee the processing of customer complaints, returns, repairs, and replacements.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and policies.
- CRM System Management:
- Manage and utilize the manufacturer's CRM system to track customer interactions, service requests, and repair status.
- Train and support the team on the effective use of the CRM system.
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Technical Expertise:
- Provide technical support and guidance to the team on both mobile hardware and software issues.
- Stay updated with the latest mobile technology trends and troubleshooting techniques.
- Coordinate with manufacturers and service centers for advanced technical support.
- Customer Service:
- Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve after-sales service quality.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and train the after-sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, provide feedback, and set goals.
- Monitor team performance and provide support to achieve targets.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular reports on after-sales activities, customer feedback, and team performance.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in after-sales service management, with a focus on mobile phones and smart accessories.
- Strong knowledge of mobile hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, preferably in a manufacturer context.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
