Job Summary:
This role involves meeting targets, presenting offers, and managing client relationships in the field. Key tasks include handling inquiries, ensuring product displays, and providing market updates. Strong market insights, and professionalism are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing and sales activities to generate sales as per the agreed sales quota and marketing plan.
- Present to customers the latest updated offers issued and prepared by the company to increase own and company sales
- Respond to and follow up sales inquiries by personal visits
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support.
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
- Capable of explaining all the information about the products as well as communicating the use of all the products most professionally and efficiently.
- Understand the principles of marketing and sales including product offer development, features-benefits-solutions selling
- Ensures daily check-in at POS is done with Sync requirements is performed
- Ensures market daily visits are performed as set
- Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospect database.
- Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills.
- Responsible for the proper display of the products in POS locations
- Make sure all the required quantities of products are displayed in POS and eliminate the stock shortage.
- Invoices / delivers and assists in service-related issues (phones to be serviced)
Qualifications:
- Retail or wholesale sales experience, preferably with mobile phones.
- Good knowledge of phone brands and accessories.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Able to work quickly and use POS systems.
- Improve skills through training, and demonstrate integrity.
